You must have the following as a minimum for submission:

• MP3 Demos
• High resolution Images
• Video Links
• A minimum show of 3 hours
• Contact number and email address
• Website/facebook/myspace/etc
• Ability to provide complete song repertoire
• A short bio about the group or act
• Testimonials and list of any notable venues you’ve played
• Your current rate, whether it be hourly or by gig, be specific ie. weddings $XXXX
• A business acumen and desire to operate as a working act

Please put all of this info into a single file and send to info@6four3.com .  For large files, dropbox or google drive is preferred.

For Bands

• One designated member who has sole control of the band’s calendar.
• We need you to commit to keeping us up to date with availability to maximize booking opportunities and correspond with potential clients in a timely manner
• We will require you to have good, reliable transportation and sound equipment.
• We need you to be able to perform a set of well known covers. We can’t accept bands playing original material or too many deep cuts.
• We will recommend you to suitable clients for any date for which you’re available.
• If you are booked as a result of your appearance at a 6four3 Productions’ ENGAGEMENT (see terms and conditions) 6four3 Productions expect to be informed and will be entitled to charge commission on any subsequent bookings.

6four3 Productions provides:

We will negotiate firmly on your behalf for the best fee and conditions possible. Our ENGAGEMENTS will fall mostly in the form of private functions, weddings, and corporate events.  Our primary business is not that of public gigs at clubs or bars, however these opportunities may present themselves.

• For most ENGAGEMENTS, you’ll be paid the day of the event immediately prior to the performance.
• We will provide clear instructions of each ENGAGEMENT in writing, complete with arrival, setup, strike, departure and any special requests. We’ll supply appropriate info on travel and venue information, with a contact name and number.
• We will use your likeness and supplied materials to promote your group to our existing client base as well as multiple marketing outlets both local and on the web.
